Alabama sheriff rebukes anti-religion org’s demand to stop mentioning prayer online
JASPER, Alabama, December 9, 2019 (LifeSiteNews) – A sheriff’s department in an Alabama town says it “won’t bow” to a left-wing organization’s demands that it stop encouraging prayer in response to tragedies on social media.
Previous FFRF targets have included crosses and nativity scenes at local courthouses, judges giving Bibles to repentant convicts, prayer at school board meetings, senators tweeting Bible verses, and elementary school Bible clubs. During a Democrat presidential primary debate in October,
