EFC Update
The EFC Writes to Senators on Bill C-75
The EFC Writes to Senators on Bill C-75The EFC wrote to all senators today to ask for changes to Bill C-75. This bill would allow some serious criminal offences related to human trafficking and assaulting clergy to be considered as relatively minor summary offences. The EFC asked senators to stop these serious offences from being becoming hybrid offences. See the EFC’s letter to senators and other resources on Bill C-75 on our website.
