Petition: No to late abortion in Quebec
According to a (pro-abortion) article in the Press, a committee of the College of Physicians complains about the lack of access to late abortion in Quebec, alleging discrimination against the so-called doctors who commit this type of murder and deploring the fact that several women have to travel to the United States (at taxpayers' expense) to have an abortion.
While we can only welcome the fact that there is still resistance to late abortion in medical settings, pro-abortion activists in our Quebec institutions see it as an unacceptable obstacle to the "right" to abort at any time of pregnancy. We are thinking of repatriating all the late abortions, once performed in the United States, in Quebec, to bring them together in one center.
Let us oppose any openness or acceptance of the murder of unborn children.

- Considering that good year, bad year, about twenty pregnant women are sent to the United States at the expense of Quebec taxpayers to commit an abortion beyond 24 weeks of pregnancy ;
- Considering that often these babies and their mothers are in perfect physical health ;
- Considering that recently, the government of Quebec has expressed its desire to repatriate to Quebec the abhorrent practice of these late abortions, often performed on healthy babies.
- Considering that direct abortion is not necessary to save the life of a pregnant woman and that it is all the more dangerous when it is late;
- Considering that science shows that human life begins at conception ;
- Considering that innocent human life is sacred from conception to natural death;
We the undersigned ask the government of François Legault, Prime Minister of Quebec, not to repatriate the odious practice of late abortions in Quebec, whether or not this practice continues in the United States.
